I had placed an order at the Saddle House that was currently out of stock. David personally let me know, and contacted me as soon as he had been able to restock that particular item. He then followed up with a phone call to take care of my order and had it in the mail that very day. Customer service at it’s best, I will definitely order from the Saddle House again.
